- Monitor project schedule and notify Project Manager about updates
- Support customer correspondence, approvals, and documentation
- Monitor invoicing status vs. billing plan and report deviations
- Monitor and update cost forecast with actuals and incoming invoices
- Create purchase requests in the system upon request
- Ensure labor planning accuracy and correct creation of subcontracting PRs
- Participate in Pre Delivery Review and ensure correct cost planning
- Support document management of fitters and subcontractors
- Handle project logistics requests and coordinate with Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

- Project Admin is responsible for collecting information for Project Manager’s and Supervisor decision making.
Responsibilities
- Monitors the project schedule and notifies Project Manager about updates.
- Supports Project Manager and Supervisor with customer correspondence, approvals, and documentation.
- Monitors invoicing status vs. billing plan and reports deviations.
- Monitors and updates cost forecast with actuals and incoming invoices.
- Responsible for correct creation of PRs upon Supervisor and Project Manager request.
- Ensures labor is accurately planned before installation activities.
- Participates as needed in Pre Delivery Review and ensures correct cost planning.
- Supports Supervisor with document management of fitters and subcontractors.
- Handles project’s requests for logistics needs.
- Monitors actual costs vs. plans and reports deviations.
- Responsible for administration of change orders / variation sales.
- Compiles end of project documentation sets for submission.
Team Leader Responsibilities
- Team Leaders oversee the work of team members and contribute to Delivery organization’s success.
- People leadership and management, setting targets, conducting PDP’s and IDP’s.
- Drive competence development and inform about skill gaps.
- Facilitate information sharing and create collaborative working environment.
- Allocate daily work together with Delivery Operations Director.
- Monitor and lead the performance of the team.
