Key Responsibilities
- Experienced in SAP Ariba
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience.
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues.
- Conduct regular check ins to assess client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the organization.
- Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years' experience in the Oil and Gas, Marine, or Projects sectors.
