Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, approvals, and correspondence
- Ensure proper filing and tracking of all project related documents
- Manage document submissions, transmittals, RFIs, material approvals, and shop drawings
- Maintain accurate records of project revisions and updates
- Support the preparation of project progress reports and payment applications
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and commercial documentation
- Assist in preparing subcontract agreements and maintaining contract records
- Track project invoices, payments, and cost related documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project administration, preferably within commercial, interior fit out, or construction industries
- Experience in UAE/GCC fit out projects is an advantage

Job Summary
- The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team to ensure the smooth execution of commercial, interior fit out, and renovation projects.
- The role involves document control, project coordination, client communication, procurement support, and maintaining project records in compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
