About the Role
Quality Facility Management seeks a detail-oriented Project Accountant / Cost Controller to manage project financial records, monitor budgets, and control expenditures for fit-out and MEP projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets against actual expenditures
- Record and track all project related costs, including materials, subcontractors, labour, equipment, and petty cash
- Maintain project cost reports and update budget status regularly
- Verify supplier invoices, subcontractor payment applications, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with Project Managers to monitor committed costs and forecast project cash flow
- Prepare monthly project cost reports and profitability analysis
- Track variations, additional works, and budget adjustments
- Reconcile project purchases with approved LPOs and BOQs
- Maintain material cost records and inventory transactions
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments
- Prepare client invoices and monitor payment collections
- Maintain project wise accounting records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Construction, Fit Out, MEP, or Contracting experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of project costing and budget control
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, or ERP systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to coordinate with project managers, procurement, and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills in English
- UAE experience is preferred

Overview
- Quality Facility Management SP L.L.C. (QTFM) is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Project Accountant / Cost Controller to support growing fit out and MEP projects across the UAE.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project financial records, monitoring project budgets, controlling expenditures, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring accurate reporting of project costs.
Key Responsibilities
