About the Role
Shape and deliver event content and entertainment schedules across LINKVIVA projects.
Manage programming plans, coordinate talent, and ensure seamless delivery across stages and platforms.
Align content with creative direction to create a cohesive and engaging audience experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage programming schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate talent, performers, speakers, and content partners.
- Ensure smooth delivery across stages and event environments.
- Align programming with creative direction and project objectives.
- Manage client and partner stakeholder expectations.
- Work with production teams on feasibility and execution.
- Oversee run-of-show development and updates.
- Support on-site delivery and monitor programming performance.
- Contribute to post-event insights and improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in events, programming, or content-led roles.
- Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of live event delivery and production processes.
- Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
