At Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, we create immersive outdoor experiences rooted in adventure, connection, and genuine hospitality. As the Programming & Activities Coordinator , you’ll oversee daily programming, lead a team of guides, and curate engaging experiences that bring guests together while showcasing the natural beauty of the Ranch. This role blends leadership, guest engagement, and operations to ensure every activity is safe, seamless, and unforgettable.
Lead, train, and support a team of Adventure Guides and activity staff, fostering a culture of safety, hospitality, and teamwork.
Plan, coordinate, and execute daily and weekly activity programming, including rock climbing, ziplining, hiking, canoeing, via ferrata, and group events.
Act as the primary point of contact for all guest activities, ensuring a high level of engagement, organization, and satisfaction.
Guide select trips and activities, maintaining a visible leadership presence in the field.
Ensure the highest safety standards are upheld across all experiences, including staff training, risk management, and compliance with protocols.
