Our hotel team is seeking a Night Auditor who will be responsible for overseeing and completing a variety of critical financial tasks, ensuring accurate accounting and efficient daily operations. This role combines aspects of accounting and guest service, requiring a detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Balance and reconcile all daily financial transactions, including guest accounts, food and beverage outlets, and front office accounts.

Prepare and distribute daily reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Process guest payments and ensure proper credit card and key control procedures are followed.

Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.

Respond to guest requests such as wake-up calls and express check-out bills.

Maintain accurate and confidential guest records, adhering to all data security protocols.
