Proven track record delivering large, multi-site technology or transformation programmes (c. £15-20M+), ideally within manufacturing, supply chain or a regulated environment
Strong experience managing systems integrators and software vendors on enterprise delivery
Demonstrable phase leadership through design, build and test cycles, including SIT planning and entry/exit criteria
Commercial and financial acumen: budget ownership, change control and stage-gated funding models
Gravitas and credibility at executive and steering committee level, with strong facilitation and communication skills
Experience leading matrixed, multi-country teams and deployment rollouts across a site network
Structured delivery approach with the flexibility to establish governance in a newly mobilised programme
Experience of MES, ERP or shop-floor systems programmes (PAS-X or Körber exposure a plus, not essential)
Delivery experience in GxP or other regulated manufacturing environments
Experience of greenfield site deployments or factory start-ups
