Role Overview
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Programme Manager to work for our client within the insurance sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension and will be a hybrid role based in London.
Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives across operations and technology. The programme includes a mix of transformation projects such as Agentic AI implementation, product-led change within operations, and large-scale platform integrations. You will oversee up to 10 concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams while driving delivery at pace.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programmes.
Lead and deliver a portfolio of programmes (up to 10 projects), ensuring alignment with business and technology strategy
Drive product-led transformation across operations, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams
Oversee the implementation of emerging capabilities including Agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions
Manage end-to-end programme delivery including governance, planning, budgeting, risk, and dependency management
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across operations, technology, and architecture to ensure successful platform integration
Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting frameworks, and executive-level updates
Identify risks and issues early, providing clear mitigation strategies and ensuring timely escalation where required
Foster cross-team collaboration and remove blockers to ensure delivery momentum
