Opportunity
Drive end-to-end programme delivery for an enterprise digital asset custody enabler across Phases 2 and 3.
Support digital asset ambitions across Investor Services, Commercial Banking, Personal Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management.
Maintain enterprise-grade security, compliance, and operational standards for custody infrastructure implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dependencies across enablers within the Digital Asset Oversight Committee framework.
- Serve as the Managing Director’s primary delegate for programme execution and governance cadence.
- Lead programme governance, reporting, stakeholder management, and alignment.
- Manage programme resources, teams, vendors, and third parties.
- Develop business cases and Project Approval Requests.
- Manage programme risk, compliance, and change.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least seven years in financial services with progressive programme or project management responsibility.
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Expertise in governance design, stakeholder management, dependency mapping, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Financial services product delivery experience and understanding of institutional banking operations.
- Strong business acumen for delivery roadmaps, trade-off analysis, and stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level reporting and cross-functional forums.
- Ability to build relationships and drive consensus across organisational boundaries.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Programme management certification such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent.
- Financial services technology implementation experience, including vendor selection, third-party risk, and production deployment.
- Enterprise transformation experience involving shared infrastructure or platform components.
- Exposure to digital asset, blockchain, or emerging technology programmes.

Compensation
- The expected annual pay range is $90,000 to $140,000 for the primary work location.
- Discretionary variable compensation may increase total compensation based on business and individual performance.
