Role Overview
The Programme Manager will join the SN Data – Data Competence Centre within Springer Nature Operations.
The Data Platform programme aims to create data and technical capabilities that support cross-organisation initiatives and data-driven transformation.
The role reports to the Director of Data Transformation Programmes and may be based in London, Berlin, or Heidelberg.
Work Location
- The role can be based in London, UK, Berlin, Germany, or Heidelberg, Germany.
- The organization offers flexibility to work from home three days per week.
- Travel to colleagues in global offices may be required at times.
Required Experience
- Track record of planning, delivering, and monitoring successful programmes as a Programme Manager or Delivery Lead, or significant contribution to complex programmes as a Project Manager or equivalent.
- Substantial experience leading improvements in programme, team, or project operations.
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving delivery in agile and hybrid environments.
- Broad understanding of agile methodologies or frameworks.
- Experience mentoring agile Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, or equivalent.
