The integrated programme plan across all workstreams - scope, milestones, critical path, sequencing and interdependencies

Orchestration of parallel workstreams so they mobilise, build, integrate and release in step

Release, environment, cutover and go-live planning across brands and platforms

Scaled hybrid (agile + waterfall) delivery across onshore and offshore teams and multiple vendors

Programme budget, forecast, margin, revenue recognition and milestone-based invoicing

Change control across scope, SOWs and change requests

Input into opportunity development for programme extensions and new phases

Programme governance — boards, steering committees, PMO, status reporting and decision logs

RAID management across all workstreams, resolving cross-workstream dependencies before they block delivery

Delivery quality through milestone quality gates and stage reviews

Delivery leadership across workstream/project managers, delivery leads and PMO

Resourcing, capacity and utilisation forecasting across onshore and offshore pods

Coaching and developing project and workstream managers
