This role requires to lead project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls activities for Rail Metro Projects, ensuring delivery in line with contractual commitments, budget targets, resource plans, and project milestones while providing accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support project decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules from engineering through commissioning and handover.
Establish project baselines, milestones, resource plans, and critical path activities.
Ensure alignment of project schedules with contractual requirements and execution plans.
Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and key project deliverables.
Analyze schedule performance, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

Support project reviews, client meetings, and management reporting requirements.
Act as the focal point for all planning and project controls matters.
Support project completion reporting, schedule closeout, and lessons learned activities.
Ensure project records and controls documentation are properly maintained.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent discipline.
10–15 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Controls.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Metro Rail, Railway Electrification, OCS, Traction Power, Infrastructure, or EPC Projects.
Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary project schedules.
Technical Knowledge: Primavera P6 and MS Project, Project Controls & Earned Value Management (EVM), Progress, Measurement & Forecasting, Risk Analysis & Schedule Recovery Planning, Cost & Resource Planning, Claims and Delay Analysis.
Preferred Industry Experience: Metro Rail, Railway Electrification, OCS, Traction Power Systems, Transportation Infrastructure, Power, and Large EPC Projects.
