Programme Expert – Planning, Progress & Project Controls Lead (Rail Metro Projects)

Lead project controls activities covering planning, scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Track project KPIs, productivity, earned value, and schedule performance indicators.

Ensure effective control of project timelines and deliverables.

Identify schedule risks, constraints, and potential impacts on project completion.

Support mitigation planning and recovery schedules.

Assess schedule impacts arising from variations, claims, and change orders.

Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning, and Project Management teams.

Support project reviews, client meetings, and management reporting requirements.

Act as the focal point for all planning and project controls matters.

Support project completion reporting, schedule closeout, and lessons learned activities.

Ensure project records and controls documentation are properly maintained.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent discipline.

10–15 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Controls.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Metro Rail, Railway Electrification, OCS, Traction Power, Infrastructure, or EPC Projects.

Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary project schedules.

Technical Knowledge: Primavera P6 and MS Project, Project Controls & Earned Value Management (EVM), Progress, Measurement & Forecasting, Risk Analysis & Schedule Recovery Planning, Cost & Resource Planning, Claims and Delay Analysis.

Preferred Industry Experience: Metro Rail, Railway Electrification, OCS, Traction Power Systems, Transportation Infrastructure, Power, and Large EPC Projects.
