This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance work across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MEH), cabling and associated support services. This innovative approach will help different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station’s vast network of rooms.
As a Programme Controls Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership across one of the United Kingdom’s most important nuclear infrastructure programmes.
This is a permanent role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Hinkley Point C. Flexible working arrangements are available.
Leading and integrating programme controls activities across the MEH Alliance programme.
Establishing and maintaining programme controls standards, governance frameworks and reporting cycles.
Leading schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting reviews to drive programme performance.
Developing, mentoring and resourcing a high-performing programme controls team.
Producing programme performance reports and driving continuous improvement across programme controls capability.

Extensive experience leading project or programme controls teams within a highly regulated industry.
Strong experience managing programme governance, reporting and performance frameworks.
Demonstrable experience overseeing schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting processes.
Experience providing assurance, insight and performance analysis to senior leadership teams.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement within complex programme environments.
