Programmatic Advertising Trainer (Part Time, Remote)

This is a remote position.

• Influence how Programmatic Advertising is taught and practiced across hundreds of aspiring marketers.
• Work closely with Kraftshala's Centre of Excellence and experienced marketing professionals.
• Bring your experience across platforms, industries, and campaign objectives into a learning environment that goes beyond a single brand or account.
• Help shape practical frameworks, projects, and playbooks that prepare students for real-world marketing roles.
• Play a key role in shaping the next generation of Programmatic Advertising professionals in India.
• Training: Conducting regular live sessions for small and large groups across Programmatic Advertising — from fundamentals and campaign planning to audience strategy, media buying, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
• Developing Academic Content: Combining insights from your hands-on experience with current industry practices to create simplified frameworks, examples, and learning material for students. You will also help us experiment with new platforms, tools, and approaches to keep our training current.
• Practical Learning & Mentoring: Reviewing student projects and assignments, conducting doubt-solving sessions, and providing actionable feedback that helps students think and work like real Programmatic professionals.
• Industry Relevance: Bringing examples and perspectives from real campaigns, across different categories, objectives, audiences, and media strategies, to help students understand how Programmatic works beyond theory.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Advertising. We are not too fussed about the number of years.

• Strong hands-on experience with DV360
• Experience planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on Programmatic campaigns.
• Strong understanding of areas such as:
• Audience targeting and segmentation
• Open Auction
• Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed
