- Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, proposals, and memorandums
- Supporting community events including creating flyers, handing out flyers, and providing information to the community at various events
- Assist the Director, Manager, and staff, as needed
- Monitoring the operations going on in the office
- Providing program support within the Youth and Family Wellness department
- Scheduling meetings and appointments for upper level staff members and with executive functions
- Serving as the liaison and go-to person for any office conflicts and inquiries
- Managing the events schedule
- Tracking the inventory of office supplies and order as needed
- Assisting with the preparation of the department expenses and budget
- Vaccination is required by the first day of work and Reach Out will consider accommodations for disability- and religious-based reasons.
