Program Supervisor, Part-Time

• A Degree or Diploma in one of the humanities, social sciences or related field. • Minimum of three years in a similar facility or program, including at least one year in a supervisory or management role. • Current WCB Occupational First Aid, Level 1 and CPR certificates required. • Experience with basic sign language and/or alternative communication strategies training or experience an asset. • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract • Ability to use common computer applications required. • Food Safe food hygiene and sanitation and WHMIS (or willing to obtain within probationary period). • MANDT or Non-violent crisis intervention (or willing to obtain within probationary period). Other Requirements: • Successful candidate must sign an oath of confidentiality, a conflict of interest statement, abuse protocols, and a code of ethics statement **Successful applicants will be required to participate in MCFD screening prior to confirmed employment with Taproot.**
