The TEFAP Specialist is responsible for coordinating the administrative functions that support The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) and related partner agency operations.
Working under the direction of the Programs Manager, this position ensures accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, program documentation, and partner support while serving as a key resource for participating agencies.
The TEFAP Specialist works collaboratively with internal staff and external partners to maintain efficient program operations, provide technical assistance, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements that support equitable food distribution throughout the Food Bank's service area.
Special Conditions or Certifications of Employment:
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Special Conditions or Certifications of Employment:
Essential Duties (including but not limited to):
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel within the FBNN service area may be required daily.
A Food Bank vehicle may be provided, but a clean driving record is required.
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Occasional after-hours or weekend work possible.

While performing this job, the employee must use their hands to operate a computer for a significant portion of the day.
The work environment is variable and dependent on each distribution site.
