Program/Project Manager

• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on proactive risk mitigation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.
• Ability to travel as needed to support program needs.

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably overseeing multi-state or multi-team initiatives.
• Minimum BA degree in related field
• Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship.
• Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications .

• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or other recognized project/program management certifications.
• Experience managing government regulatory, or large enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of contract management, vendor oversight, and procurement processes.
• This is Remote opportunity. Preference for candidates residing in Northeastern US region but not required.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $112,00-140,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
