Program/Project Engineer - Super User Professional

Job purpose

Responsibilities

• Provide functional WMS support, customer assessment feedback, and implementation presence at warehouse sites.
• Support WMS setup, including clustering, putaway rules, pack configuration, routing, zoning, and data loads.
• Support testing and UAT for releases and patches and conduct system testing to quality standards.
• Provide logistics and systems consultancy, resolve unstable situations, and coordinate corrective actions with the WMS CoE.
• Manage change requests and product enhancements and maintain relationships with customers and key users.
• Train engineers and key users and provide progress, best-practice, and business updates to the WMS CoE.

Education and experience

• A bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field is required.
• At least one year of warehouse operations experience and practical logistics experience with WMS systems is required.

Specialist knowledge and skills

• Comprehensive operational knowledge of WMS systems used within CEVA Logistics is required.
• The role requires understanding and explaining EDI and knowledge of CEVA's way of working.
• The role requires competence in software testing, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• The role requires independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment and travel of up to 15% domestically and internationally.
