Program Operations Manager

• In collaboration with the Program Director effectively plan, implement, and execute in-person program sessions led by facilitators, managing all logistics from start to finish to ensure a successful program
• In collaboration with the Program Director support the progress of the school partner on-boarding checklist materials that include student information, technology materials, consumables, and other required materials
• Lead facilitator operations and readiness to ensure high-quality program delivery, including
• Acting as point of contact for assigned schools and local program partners for coordination of facilitators, program schedules, off-site field trips, etc.
• Maintaining program calendars and deadlines
• Facilitate training sessions for program facilitators
• Having consistent communications with facilitators and to ensure readiness and successful execution of program activities
• Facilitate programs if/when unforeseen circumstances requires facilitators to not be present
• Manage the volunteer pool to ensure understanding of their responsibilities pre, during, and after session and ensure their readiness

• Manage and track facilitator collection of student information, including attendance and assessments at the end of each session.
• ​Track and collect student projects and artifacts from programs at the end of the each session or semester
• Submit monthly pulse check reports on chapter program progress and engagement

• Set expectations for a classroom culture that reflects TNIG’s values and ensure facilitators are meeting expectations
• Regularly check-in with school poc to ensure student roster still supports program overall goals
• Review program data and facilitator feedback to assess student engagement, attendance trends, and program delivery effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in education, nonprofit management, organizational leadership, technology, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of program management experience in the nonprofit, technology, or education sector
• A strong passion for the nonprofit's mission and commitment to creating a positive impact within the community.
• Comfortable representing an organization in the community
• Experience organizing and supporting community events
• Detail-oriented with strong data management and reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and management skills to oversee multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships and represent the organization professionally.
• Ability to collaborate with and work effectively on a multicultural team
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate effectively
• Ability to receive feedback and engage in continuous self-improvement
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly-changing and often ambiguous work environment

• Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Monday.com , and Learning Management Systems(Moodle)
• Experience working in a remote environment and use of requisite tools (i.e. video conferencing, messaging, etc.)

• An enthusiastic leader passionate about equity, education and technology, and eager to help shape the future of students
• Adept at relationship building and community engagement
• Familiarity with local technology or education resources and networks within the community is advantageous.
• High comfort level with technology and/or technology concepts
• Understanding of core technology concepts
• AI, HTML/CSS, Data Science, Cybersecurity, UX/UI Design
• Background in student learning, pedagogy and curriculum development
• Background in management, workshop / classroom facilitation and professional development
• Superior interpersonal, customer service and community relationship-building abilities
• PMP certification

• Part-time, up to 20 hours/week during active programming periods. Typical working hours are weekdays between 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, with occasional schedule adjustments based on program needs and events.
• This role is classified as a W-2 position
• Hybrid schedule; required travel to program sites
