You will help applicants access support and keep clear, accurate records.You will:provide sensitive support to scheme participants within set timeframes.manage emails and written enquiries, and provide clear administrative support.guide applicants through their redress outcomes under scheme policies and guidelines.keep accurate records of redress outcomes, including counselling and therapeutic services.maintain professional boundaries and treat each participant fairly.About youA qualification in social work, psychology and/or nursing is highly desirable.
