Role Overview

  • Looking for a Program Manager with 9–10 years of experience.
  • Candidate should have strong end to end program/project management experience, from initiation and requirements gathering through delivery and closure.
  • Must have experience managing multiple programs, along with strong skills in financial management, budget estimation and tracking, risk management and mitigation, stakeholder management.
  • Banking domain experience is mandatory, with Wealth Management, Personal Banking, or Business Banking experience preferred.
  • This is a business facing IT Program Management role, requiring coordination between technology and business teams.
  • PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
  • Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization.
  • Conduct meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure quality standards, compliance, and project governance are maintained.
  • Handle stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support procurement, budgeting, and reporting where required.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem solving and risk management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong coordination and team management skills.
  • Experience handling cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
