Demonstrated experience leading complex strategic programs, projects or change initiatives in a government, emergency services or similarly complex environment
Sound knowledge and experience in strategic planning, capability development, business improvement and organisational change methodologies
Demonstrated knowledge and experience and understanding of the NSW regulatory framework and leading change initiatives
