Role Overview
Support strategic transformation programs and coordinate delivery across internal teams, business units, and external consultants.
Help align projects with organizational strategy and the target operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of strategic transformation programs.
- Coordinate internal teams, business units, and external consultants.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and prepare management updates.
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and the target operating model.
- Assist with business cases and project scopes.
- Support operating model and organizational structure design.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- PMP certification is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, industrial engineering, business administration, computer science, information systems, or systems engineering.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in large-scale business transformation or change management.
- Knowledge of Project Management Consultant environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- PgMP or CCMP certification.
