Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical or Systems Engineering).
Master’s in Management or equivalent Certification.
10+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Program/Systems Management within Aerospace, Satellite Defense or High-Tech focused domains.
Strong understanding of space-borne system development cycles and integration processes.
Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
Proven experience with project management tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work methodically and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with space-borne or satellite systems is a strong advantage.
Prior experience in start-ups will be a plus.
