Fisher Dynamics is currently seeking a Program Manager for our Corporate team located in Saint Clair Shores, MI.
This position is responsible to is responsible to coordinate the efforts of the Engineering Team, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Production Support through new product development and product launch to meet customer expectation and Fisher Dynamics goals.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical preferred or equivalent work experience with Fisher Dynamics products and processes
Minimum seven years’ experience
Engineering – understanding of product and processes.
Develop and track APQP deliverable timeline in accordance with customer expectations.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Manufacturing or program management experience (stamping, welding & assembly).
Communication skills – voice of Fisher to customers and suppliers.
Ability to work effectively with people and interact with technical staff.
Leadership skills with ability to motivate and maintain a team-oriented environment.
Good computer skills.
Microsoft Project and Excel.

Overnight and/or out of the country travel is required.
