Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end definition and implementation of the technology ecosystem for the real estate business.
Translate business vision into an integrated operational technology solution.
Programme Responsibilities
- Define product vision, target customers, services, commercial model, channels, and delivery roadmap.
- Document business, operational, financial, customer, and technology requirements.
- Define the target operating model, processes, roles, controls, workflows, SOPs, and service levels.
- Maintain the integrated programme plan for scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate implementation of CRM, ERP, property management, sales and leasing, websites, portals, mobile, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Coordinate real estate, sales, marketing, finance, legal, customer experience, operations, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Govern integrations, testing, change requests, business readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Track KPIs including lead conversion, unit availability, sales cycle time, occupancy, collections, handover, service resolution, digital adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, technology, engineering, finance, or a related field.
