Role Overview
The Events Coordinator supports the smooth functioning of marketing events and activities.
The role cultivates and maintains mutually beneficial relationships between the organization and external parties.
Event Coordination
- Coordinate product launches, customer loyalty events, showroom events, and other events on the annual Marketing Calendar.
- Follow event timelines, budgets, logistics, company standards, and brand vision.
- Coordinate internal deliverables such as creative materials, written content, brochures, and invitations.
- Search for, negotiate with, and secure venues, caterers, and other event resources.
- Support procurement with event-related documentation.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are in place with suppliers.
Logistics Management
- Oversee event logistics and event-related transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate the setup and takedown of event materials and exhibits.
Attendee Registration and Support
- Coordinate with CRM on attendee confirmations, cancellations, and other required updates.
