Program Manager, Physical Security Technology (Global Security)

Lead the strategic vision, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise physical security technology systems globally across 25+ countries, serving as an advocate for program success across all stakeholder groups

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and partnerships, including contract oversight, SLA monitoring, and strategic business reviews; position vendor solutions as competitive advantages to internal stakeholders

Develop and communicate clear implementation frameworks, driving adoption and alignment across global operations through compelling business cases and executive storytelling

Navigate organizational complexity by collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders (Lines of Business, Facilities, IT, Corporate Security, Investigative teams)

Champion change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during system implementations, technology upgrades, and process improvements; communicate value and impact to all organizational levels.

Manage program metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to demonstrate value, build stakeholder confidence, and inform strategic decision-making.

Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements and operational improvements, translating technical capabilities into business benefits

Establish data-driven program governance using performance metrics and validated assumptions to protect scope and budget

Degree/Diploma in business, organizational leadership, computer engineering or related fields.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Certification in Change Management

Banking experience

Knowledge of networking, and security infrastructure
