Program Manager - Operations, Odisha

Role Description Mitti Labs is entering Odisha as we expand our climate-smart agriculture programs across key rice-growing regions. We are looking for a strong, strategic state lead/project lead who can build and manage Odisha operations from inception and ensure seamless execution of our carbon projects.

Through our implementation partner, we will have a field force of around 100. You will be responsible in ensuring partners meet their targets and execution happens seamlessly.

Some of your objectives will include:

Ensuring partners are meeting their tasks as per a pre-defined roadmap

Continually streamlining systems and processes to ensure execution

Continually training, re-training, and supporting the field agent force

Holding field agents and partners accountable, and helping them problem solve and find solutions?
