Summary – basic function of the role
The Total Cost Out Program Manager leads the program management discipline required to identify, prioritize, execute, and track enterprise cost savings initiatives. The role partners with Category Management, Product Strategy, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to connect bottom-up category and part-level opportunities with top-down product margin priorities.
Reporting to the Director, SCM Program Management and Industrialization, this role requires strong project management capability, business acumen, and the ability to lead through influence across a matrixed organization.
