The Opportunity
Establish and manage operational governance across a complex Martech, Analytics, Tagging, Privacy, and Measurement ecosystem.
Coordinate Marketing, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Privacy, regional stakeholders, and external technology partners.
Create scalable intake, prioritization, communication, issue management, and governance processes.
Intake and Demand Management
- Own centralized intake for Martech, analytics, tagging, measurement, tracking, and privacy-related requests.
- Standardize request submissions, triage incoming requests, define service levels, and maintain prioritization frameworks.
- Reduce ad hoc email-driven intake and monitor demand trends for operational efficiency.
Program Governance
- Establish governance across Martech, Analytics, Measurement, and related technology initiatives.
- Lead governance reviews, backlog prioritization sessions, and operational planning meetings.
- Track dependencies and escalate risks, blockers, resource constraints, and delivery concerns.
