Ensure consistent execution with clear escalation paths and governance
Translate learning demand into structured execution plans
Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
Track delivery against strategic objectives and commitments
Design and continuously refine the intake decision tree and routing logic
Ensure criteria are clearly defined, documented, and applied consistently
Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements based on outcomes
Assess incoming learning content, systems, and programs from acquisitions

Serve as interface between HR Operations, L&D, and business stakeholders
Partner closely with L&D leadership to support strategic priorities
Drive clarity on processes, roles, and expectations across the operating model
Clear visibility and control over enterprise learning demand
Consistent and effective operation of the intake and governance model
Improved speed, throughput, and predictability of training delivery
Effective routing of work based on complexity and business impact
Successful integration of acquired learning programs and content
Experience
• Experience in program management, PMO, or HR operations within a complex organization
• Proven ability to design and manage structured workflows and governance models
• Experience with intake frameworks, prioritization models, or service delivery operations
• Experience within learning and development environments and content types
• Experience supporting M&A integration is a strong plus
