Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 8 years of Program Management or equivalent experience
- Understanding and execution in the development of managing budgets and schedules to drive performance
- Firm understanding of Earned Value Management and best practices
- Understanding of Integrated Master Schedule development and operations
- Experience in working with US Government contracts
- Demonstrated leadership skills working within a matrixed organization across functional boundaries
- Strength and experience in planning and organization
Preferred Skills and Education
- MBA or Master’s Degree relevant to program management and 10+ yrs experience
- Security Clearance
- PMP Certification
- Experience in leading complex programs
- Experience in working projects for the US Military
- Experience working in a production environment
- Excellent communication skills with experience in communicating with senior leadership internally and externally
- Experience in engineering, finance, and/or contracts management
- Demonstrated track record of driving and supporting achievement of financial, schedule, and technical objectives on prior projects
