Program Manager - HR

Ensure adherence to global payroll regulations, statutory leave policies, and labor laws

Align configurations with audit, compliance, and internal governance standards

Drive structured change management, regression testing, and release governance

Lead/support end-to-end Workday implementations and enhancements , including: Requirement gathering and solution design Prototyping and stakeholder validation Testing (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution Production deployment and hypercare support

Partner with global teams to deliver scalable and standardized HRIT solutions

Manage and enhance: Business Process Frameworks Security configuration Reporting and analytics Data conversion and migration

Provide functional advisory and recommend best-in-class Workday practices

Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, and leadership teams

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Collaborate with global teams across time zones (including US support, as needed)

Accuracy and compliance of time & absence configurations

Reduction in payroll discrepancies linked to time data

Stakeholder satisfaction and solution adoption

Timely delivery of implementations and enhancements
