Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Day Support and Community Engagement Programs
- Assists with conducting assessments and developing Person Centered Plans
- Assists with the monthly Day Support/Community Engagement Calendar.
- Checks weekly documentation and forwards to program director for review
- Check books to make sure standing orders, prescriptions, physicals, and doctor's orders are up to date
- Assure Day support staff/community engagement staff have the necessary supplies
- Work one weekend per month
- Assist with the handling of Doctor's Appointment
- Facilitate and organize staff training per U&E and Licensing regulations
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
- Education: A High school diploma OR GED
- A High school diploma OR GED
- Experience: 1 year of experience working with intellectual disabled or associate degree
- 1 year of experience working with intellectual disabled or associate degree
- Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Successful completion of background and Central Registry check
