The Pediatric BCBA leads the development and oversight of individualized ABA services for children and families.

This role conducts assessments, creates treatment plans, supervises RBTs, reviews data, and partners with caregivers and the multidisciplinary team to support meaningful, socially significant outcomes.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, skill assessments, and clinically appropriate reassessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior-support strategies.
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Review data regularly, evaluate progress, and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Provide caregiver training and support to promote consistency and generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, educators, and other care-team members.
