Program Manager – Engineering Training Programs

The Program Manager- Engineering Training Programs leads the planning and delivery of customer-focused training programs that accelerate product adoption and strengthen technical capability.

This role manages training initiatives linked to product development workflows, ensuring customers gain the knowledge and skills to effectively use advanced engineering and simulation tools.

Acting as the central coordination point, the Program Manager collaborates closely with customers, product teams, and technical experts to deliver impactful, well-structured learning experiences that align with business and technology goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of customer training and enablement programs aligned with product development objectives.

Engage with customers to assess training needs, define learning goals, and align them with their engineering and product innovation strategies.

Collaborate with internal technical experts, solution architects, and product managers to design and implement high-impact training content.

Manage training project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.

Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for both in-person and online training programs.

Oversee the development of customized training modules, hands-on workshops, and certification programs that showcase real-world application of tools and solutions.

Serve as the key interface between customer and internal teams to ensure consistent communication and high-quality delivery.

Track and report program progress, risks, and outcomes; identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer enablement.

Support the integration of customer feedback into training modules and delivery.

Establish best practices, frameworks, and tools for managing large-scale training and enablement initiatives.

Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor on learning and capability development.
