- Drive technology monitoring activities
- Coordinate acquisition processes and calls for tenders
- Supervise the planning and implementation of the selected solution
- Collaborate with the enterprise architect, the head of methodology and tools, and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment, solution coherence, and achievement of business and technological objectives
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant IT experience
- 10+ years in project management (including at least 2 years in portfolio/program management)
- Experience with at least one full CRM selection and integration project, from needs analysis to deployment
- Experience with Planisware or other project management tools
- Experience in complex, low maturity environments
- Experience in Safe Agile environments
