About the Role

- Define and drive the multi year product roadmap, strategically phasing the evolution of core modules through full platform expansion
- Own the strategy for all data flows, ensuring compliance and use of industry standards (e.g., FHIR) to support scalable integration with external healthcare systems and partners
- Lead the direction for key platform components including the secure personal health record solution and the proprietary intelligence layer for risk prediction and guidance
- Define the business logic and feature requirements to support long term commercial models including B2B solutions for healthcare enterprises and future consumer offerings
- Establish clear, distinct feature sets and user experiences tailored for end users (mobile app), enterprise clients (aggregate reporting), and care teams (future provider portals)
- Champion the platform's foundational security model, defining requirements for data governance, granular user controls over sharing, and compliant use of anonymized data for population analytics
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive product management experience in digital health or health IT
- Proven track record of managing products involving Healthcare Interoperability and Compliance with direct experience defining requirements for FHIR R4 APIs and HIPAA compliance
- Strong past experience leading product direction for solutions utilizing AI/ML models for decision support
- Experience managing software relying on Wearable/IoT sensor data pipelines
- Experience defining architecture for zero knowledge or end to end encrypted data solutions with granular sharing controls
- Full lifecycle management of B2C mobile applications including writing detailed user stories, defining consumer facing UX flows, and optimizing engagement/retention metrics
- Masters degree preferred (Bachelor's degree minimum) in a technical, quantitative, or health related field

- Growth and Expansion: Define the business logic and feature requirements to support long term commercial models, including B2B solutions for healthcare enterprises and future consumer offerings.
- Cross Market Definition: Establish clear, distinct feature sets and user experiences tailored for the platform's diverse stakeholders: the end user (mobile app engagement), the enterprise client (aggregate reporting), and the care team (future provider portals).
- Privacy by Design Leadership: Champion the platform's foundational security model, defining requirements for data governance, granular user controls over sharing, and compliant use of anonymized data for population analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Masters degree preferred (Bachelor's degree minimum) in a technical, quantitative, or health related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or Business Administration with a technical focus).
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive product management experience, demonstrating expertise in defining and scaling platform strategy in the digital health or health IT sector.
- Candidates must possess a proven track record of managing products involving Healthcare Interoperability and Compliance, with direct experience defining requirements for the ingestion of structured health data from external systems using FHIR R4 APIs and managing projects under HIPAA compliance.
