Role overview
The Corporate & Investment Banking practice is seeking a senior manager to lead complex Capital Markets transformation and change initiatives.
This is a program leadership and delivery role for an experienced consulting or financial services professional.
The successful candidate is a Capital Markets generalist and transformation leader who can structure complex problems and drive execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Capital Markets transformation programs.
- Define objectives, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, governance, risks, and delivery plans.
- Develop and execute change management strategies for organizational, process, operating model, and technology transformations.
- Manage senior stakeholders, facilitate executive discussions, and drive alignment across functions.
- Lead negotiations across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Translate strategic objectives and business requirements into actionable roadmaps, workplans, and outcomes.
- Establish governance, steering committees, reporting, RAID management, KPIs, and escalation mechanisms.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and inter-workstream conflicts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
