- Garud Technology Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of IT Capital Planning and Investment Control, IT Financial Management, and Program/Project Management support for the USDA Farm Production and Conservation Business Operations Branch. This role serves as the contractor's senior leader for the engagement and is responsible for performance, staffing oversight, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of required contract artifacts and services.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary interface with the COR, Contracting Officer, federal leadership, and other government stakeholders.
- Coordinate delivery across Task 1 Portfolio Management and Task 2 Financial Management workstreams.
- Oversee required contract deliverables, including the Program Management Plan, Monthly Work Plans, Status Reports, and Transition Plans.
- Manage scope, schedule, staffing, quality, risks, and issues across the program.
- Ensure adherence to CPIC, FITARA, TBM, and federal IT lifecycle guidance.
- Supervise contractor personnel and maintain compliance with quality, security, and schedule requirements.
