What you will do
- Develop meeting agendas, maintain agenda backlogs, draft minutes, and track action items and decisions.
- Maintain governance charters, policies, processes, procedures, templates, and related documentation.
- Facilitate out-of-cycle votes and support governance-related budget review activities.
- Support business units in compiling and submitting annual IT budget requests.
- Attend IRB meetings and track approved, denied, and on-hold IT spend items.
- Review Excel reports from budget teams and compare multiple iterations of spend plan reports.
- Maintain SharePoint repositories, governance workflows, and KPI or statistics reporting.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree, or qualifying substitute experience as defined in the JD.
5+ years supporting federal governance boards; USDA experience preferred.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT governance disciplines.
Expertise with Microsoft Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration.
Strong executive-level writing, presentation, and communication skills.
