Be the Associate Experience point person for the APAC region and expand centralized strategies in India and the rest of the APJ region to provide a consistent, scalable, and exceptional experience for our new hires at Gartner to drive consistent program execution
Provide day-to-day product/program management, including coordinating competing priorities, milestones, and interdependencies between teams to ensure a successful Day 1 session and Month 1 session for all New Hires within APAC
Create, build, and maintain all project management collateral (project plans, shared drives, meeting cadences, leadership briefings, operational proposals, etc.) and coordinate with the central AX team to ensure continuity
Build and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships for effective daily partnership with HR COE’s, Business Process Owners across HR, HRIS, IT, and Finance.
Leverage key listening data to conduct trend analysis and monitor program performance, and identify and propose opportunities for improvement to leadership using all available metrics (surveys, tickets, touchpoints, etc.).
Be the moment that matter program owner, the Exit Experience. Design and strategize the future state and conduct prioritization and enhancement management to balance existing identified projects and propose new opportunities to enhance the exit experience.
Research and recommend best practices that drive efficiency across people, processes, and technology for both the APAC New Hire and global Exit Experience to ensure the bookends of our associate lifecycle work smoothly.
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that balances immediate priorities with an aspirational future state for scoped programs.
Manages issue escalation. Provides guidance and handles escalated issues directly.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or a related field.
4+ years of experience in project/program management

Large-scale global program management experience at a large organization (>10,000 employees)
Experience with HR administration and general exposure and knowledge of various HR functions
Strong analytical abilities and demonstrated ability to run reports and interpret/analyze data outputs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly proficient in PPT and Excel
Proven collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

Expertise in Workday HCM preferred
