Program Manager

Savvee Inc. is seeking a strategic Program Manager to support our federal client onsite in Ashburn, VA.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience managing complex projects, providing strategic direction, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve mission objectives.

This individual should excel at overseeing project performance, resource allocation, scheduling, quality assurance, and financial controls while serving as the primary liaison between the Government and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of all contractual requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Providing overall task leadership and strategic guidance.
• Overseeing project management functions including technical resources, QA, scheduling, cost, and financial controls.
• Ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
• Serving as the primary Government point of contact for project management matters.
• Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
• Bachelor’s degree MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Ten or more years of federal program management experience
• Demonstrated expertise managing complex federal IT projects
• Experience leading multi-stakeholders, cross-functional initiatives and/or programs exceeding $1M in budget
• Must have the ability to obtain the client’s Public Trust clearance
• A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products
• Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• PMP certification and/or PgMP certification
• Experience supporting federal IT organizations
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and organizational objectives
