Role Overview

This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Delivery, Degree Programs.

The Program Manager ensures seamless, efficient, and high-quality delivery of HEC Paris degree programs.

The role leads program coordination, academic administration, participant support, and stakeholder relationships.

Program Delivery and Operations

  • Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned degree programs across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
  • Coordinate schedules, logistics, learning platforms, facilities, materials, online components, and third-party providers.
  • Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, academic documents, grade sheets, and completion letters.
  • Improve delivery processes and coordinate operational priorities, updates, and escalations.

Academic Administration

  • Maintain accurate participant academic records and status throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Manage grade collection, validation, appeals, final grade sheets, and jury feedback communication.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies, deadlines, confidentiality, and records-management requirements.

Stakeholder Experience and Communication

  • Act as a key contact for participants and faculty and resolve operational or technical issues.
  • Coordinate faculty, guest speakers, senior executives, and internal teams before, during, and after modules.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

Quality, Risk, and Financial Management

  • Monitor program quality and feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify operational and academic risks, implement solutions, and escalate significant issues when needed.
  • Track budgets and expenditures and support forecasting, invoice follow-up, reconciliation, and anomaly reporting.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in business administration, management, education, or a related discipline is required; a bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least 8 years of relevant program, project, or event management experience in an external stakeholder-facing capacity is required.
  • Higher education or executive education experience is strongly preferred.
  • Microsoft Office and project management tool proficiency are required; learning management system familiarity is advantageous.
  • Excellent English communication, organizational, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and intercultural communication skills are required.
  • French or Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
  • The role requires confidentiality, pressure management, prioritization, initiative, collaboration, service orientation, and flexibility to travel and adjust working hours.

Employment Eligibility

  • Selected candidates must provide an appropriately attested police clearance certificate and highest educational certificate, subject to stated Qatar-based exemptions.
