Program Management Engineer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through new product release and coordinate global design, manufacturing, quality, test, and support organizations.
• Work with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites to maintain schedule, cost, and quality.
• Plan projects in MS Project from opportunity assessment through release to market and keep them on budget.
• Provide project direction and regular status updates to teams, customers, and senior management.
• Manage reliability, characterization, failure analysis, qualification planning, schedules, logistics, and Galileo system updates.

Minimum Requirements

• A master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required.
• At least 6 years of project engineering or project management experience on highly complex products or projects is required.
• Proven leadership in multifaceted global organizations and indirect management influence are required.
