The role is Program Lead for a Maximo and SAP-related program in Calgary, Alberta.
The position is described as a senior consulting lead role requiring approximately 15 or more years of experience.
Work arrangement
- The role is 100% onsite in Calgary, Alberta.
Core responsibilities
- Own the full business case workstream, including the structure and evidence plan, benefits model, cost model, options analysis, final input pack, and transition plan.
- Direct governance design across the charter, framework, and policies, with a governance analyst handling drafting.
- Lead phase reviews, the year-end review, and the integrated plan relationship with Maximo program leadership.
- Own the acceptance conversation for deliverable submission cover notes and the consolidated-comments loop with named acceptors.
Must-have qualifications
- Lead a data governance or data strategy program end to end for a large asset-intensive or regulated business as the accountable client-facing lead.
- Write investment business cases that withstand finance and executive review using measured evidence rather than estimates.
- Facilitate discussions involving a CIO, program managers, enterprise architects, and maintenance leaders.
