Role overview
Program Lead role focused on business case ownership, governance design direction, phase reviews, and deliverable acceptance for a Maximo-related program.
The role is positioned at a senior consulting lead level, with approximately 15 or more years of experience and the ability to engage directly with a CIO.
Location and workplace
- The role is located in Calgary, Alberta.
- The position is 100% onsite in Calgary.
Ownership areas
- Own the full business case workstream, including the structure and evidence plan, benefits model, cost model, options analysis, final input pack, and transition plan.
- Direct governance design across the charter, framework, and policies, with drafting support from a governance analyst.
- Lead phase reviews and the year-end review and manage the integrated-plan relationship with Maximo program leadership.
- Own the acceptance conversation for every deliverable submission cover note and the consolidated-comments loop with named acceptors.
Must have
- Approximately 15 or more years of experience as a senior consulting lead.
